NewGenSup is a subsidiary of NewGenIvf Group Limited (NewGen, stock code: NIVF), established around 2025 and headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. It focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of health and longevity products. The parent company, NewGenIvf, was founded in 2010, initially specializing in the Asian reproductive medicine field, particularly in-vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment services, covering Thailand, Cambodia, Hong Kong, and Kyrgyzstan. Through a reverse merger with A SPAC I Acquisition Corp. in 2024, NewGenIvf successfully listed on NASDAQ, becoming a leading integrated fertility service provider in Asia.

Following its listing, the Group actively diversified its expansion, leading to the creation of NewGenSup, which extends its existing experience in fertility support healthcare to a broader health supplement market. Currently, NewGenSup offers a variety of products targeting reproductive health, longevity, and immunity, experiencing rapid annual sales growth and serving over 100,000 clients in Asia and Europe. We not only continue our IVF expertise but also strive to become a "comprehensive health guardian," enabling every user to achieve continued health and family fulfillment through scientifically formulated products.

We want to continue the power of love, and we've been employing children from the Down Syndrome Association to help with cleaning at our company for over ten years—a practice aimed at making them feel valued. Furthermore, we'll donate 10% of the proceeds from our newly launched supplements to various organizations in need, especially the little angels at the Down Syndrome Association.
